The flat copper busbar we manufacture is a rectangular conductive assembly based on high-purity T2 copper ((Cu+Ag)≥99.90%), designed for high-current transmission scenarios. Its structure adopts optimized cross-section design, which can reduce space occupation by 20% under the same current-carrying capacity compared with traditional cables. According to the national standard GB/T 5585.
The product has the following characteristics:
- Electrical conductivity: conductivity ≥ 101% IACS (International Annealed Copper Standard), 20 ℃ DC resistivity ≤ 0.01777Ω-mm²/m
- Mechanical strength: tensile strength of 250-300MPa, wide edge straightness ≤ 5mm / m
- Environmental adaptability: working temperature range covering -40℃ to +125℃, tin-plated surface treatment can pass ASTM B545 salt spray test 2400 hours
