The flexible busbar connectors our factory provides are reliable electrical connections for diverse industrial and commercial applications. Engineered for flexibility and versatility, they ensure excellent conductivity, durability, and easy installation. It adopts multi-layer copper foil or multi-core copper conductor to form a flexible conductor, and the outer layer is wrapped with semi-conductive layer, flexible insulating layer and protective shielding, which is highly conductive, vibration-resistant and space-adaptable.

Its advantage is to break through the traditional rigid conductor space limitations, support in complex environments to realize the dynamic connection, such as high-voltage switchgear and cabinet, new energy equipment and industrial automation scenarios. Typical structures include flexible conductors, rigid terminals (welded or crimped), capacitive sensors and multi-layer insulation, such as silicone rubber/EPDM insulation and carbon powder composite semi-conductive shielding.
