PVC dip molding insulated battery busbar connector is a kind of high efficient conductive and insulating solution designed for new energy battery system, which is mainly used in power battery pack, new energy vehicle, energy storage system and other scenarios. The core is made of T2 copper, the surface is tin-plated or silver-plated to enhance electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance, and the outer layer adopts PVC dip molding process to form a uniform insulating protective layer, which is both flexible, high-temperature-resistant and flame retardant.
